Orders

I have not received an order confirmation e-mail.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive an ""order confirmation e-mail"" after placing your order, please contact us sales@kinto-europe.com or via the contact form. In addition, there is a possibility that there is a typo in the e-mail address you entered when you registered, or that your e-mail software has mistaken it for spam or virus e-mail. Therefore we kindly ask you to check your spam folder.

Can I change / cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the contents of your order once you have completed the online purchase. If you are looking to cancel the order we ask you to contact us as soon as possible via the contact form and provide us with the order number and your request for canceling the order. If the order has not been processed and shipped we can manually cancel the order. Please note that KINTO Europe and our warehouse operate from Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00.

Can you issue a formal receipt / invoice?

A formal invoice will be sent after the order shipped out.

The item I want is out of stock. How will I know when it is back in stock?
We apologize for the inconvenience. You can leave your e-mail address on the product page by clicking on "Notify me when available". You will receive an e-mail notification once the item in question is back in stock. Please note that items cannot be reserved.
Is it possible to order less quantities of an item than the set they are sold in?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order loose items if they are officially sold in a set of more than one item. The products only sold in set quantities are mentioned on the product page.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped / delivered?
Shipments are normally processed within 2 days upon receipt of payment.

Standard DPD or DHL Parcel delivery. We will send DPD or DHL tracking numbers when they are available. For large orders, we will arrange pallet delivery by truck.
To which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within the EU. For shipping to Cyprus, Iceland, Malta, Canary Islands, and non-EU countries, please contact us separately.
What are the shipping fees?
Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
How do I check the status of my shipment?
You can check the status in your shipping confirmation email or in your Account page. If you have not received a confirmation email or cannot login to your Account, please contact us sales@kinto-europe.com or via the contact form.
Please note that our Customer Service is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Payment

Which currencies can I pay in?
We currently only accept Euros (€).
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return products?
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience. We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products. However, if there is any defect in the delivered product(s), please contact us sales@kinto-europe.com or via the contact form.
Is there a warranty on KINTO products?
KINTO products do not include a warranty, however, please contact us sales@kinto-europe.com or via the contact form if you have received a damaged or faulty product.

Damage caused by impact is not covered by a warranty. Should a product have any unexplained damage within the first 6 months after purchasing, please reach out to us, as this might be caused by a manufacturing defect.

Please note that our products are designed for every day use, but still need to be handled with care.

If you have purchased a KINTO product from one of our retail partners, we kindly ask you to contact them directly with any issues.

Other

Does KINTO Europe carry the same products as KINTO Japan?
KINTO Europe is a subsidary of KINTO Japan. While we offer a wide range of KINTO collections, it is important to note that we may not have the exact same product selection, due to differences in regulations and market demand in Europe.
Are KINTO products safe to use?
KINTO products are designed with consumer's health in mind. All products are tested for compliance with the relevant food safety regulations from Europe, and are BPA free and phthalate free.
How to access Image Library?
Please submit the following form “KINTO Image Request Form” After submitting the request form, you will receive the URL to the Image Library and the download password via e-mail.
Access the Image Library from the URL and click on the collection thumbnail. You will be asked for a password. Please enter the password you received in your email. You can download the materials from the displayed folder. “Product-photo” folder contains single unit product images and “Lifestyle-photo” contains style images
